INTRODUCTION

Please read this policy carefully and ensure that you understand it.

1. PURPOSE

This Anti Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement relates to actions and activities during the calendar year 2024. This statement sets down Redset Solutions Group LLP’s commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and the steps we have put in place, with the aim of ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns to management to act upon them.

2. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE AND SUPPLY CHAINS

This statement covers the business activities of Redset Solutions Group LLP which are as follows:

  • The design, build, fitout, refurbishment and stripout of commercial property.

The Company currently operates in the following countries:

  • England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
3. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES

The following activities are considered to be at high risk of modern slavery or human trafficking in the construction industry:

  • Employing labour from labour agencies
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COMPANYS ANTI-SLAVERY INITIATIVES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Policies: Chris Redman, Managing Partner, is responsible for creating and reviewing policies.

Risk assessments: Simon Trigwell, Managing Partner, is responsible for risk assessments in respect of human rights and modern slavery.

Due diligence: Chris Redman, Managing Partner, is responsible for due diligence in relation to known or suspected instances of modern slavery and human trafficking.

5. TRAINING

To ensure a good understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, the Company requires all staff to:

6. POLICIES

The Company is committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chains. This Statement affirms Redset Solutions Group LLP’s intention to act ethically in our business relationships by following, to the best of our ability, the Gangmaster and Labour Abuse Authority’s Construction Protocol January 2020 - Construction Protocol January 2020 (gla.gov.uk).

7. DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

The Company undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly reviews its existing suppliers. The Company’s due diligence process includes building long-standing relationships with suppliers and making clear our expectations of business partners.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Anti Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary. The Managing Partners endorse this policy statement and are fully committed to its implementation.
